Synopsis:

Requiring the bylaws of a condominium to provide for the frequency with which a reserve study will be conducted; requiring the bylaws or other governing document of a development subject to a homeowners association to provide for the frequency with which a reserve study will be conducted; requiring a council of unit owners or the governing body of a homeowners association established before October 1, 2007, to conduct a reserve study by October 1, 2010; etc.
