Synopsis:

Establishing that a specified benefit provider that provides a benefit plan to a married couple is not required to provide that benefit plan to a nonmarried couple and may establish a rate for a benefit plan for a married couple that differs from the rate for a benefit plan for a nonmarried couple; etc.
