Creation of a State Debt - St. Agnes HealthCare

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $560,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of St. Agnes HealthCare, Inc. for the planning, design, renovation, expansion, repair, construction, and capital equipping of the birthing center and neonatal intensive care unit at St. Agnes Hospital; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; prohibiting use of loan proceeds or the matching fund for sectarian religious purposes; etc.
