Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Zion Christian Middle School

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $500,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Zion Christian Middle School, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of a new multipurpose building; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; prohibiting the loan proceeds or the matching fund from being used for sectarian religious purposes; etc.
