Synopsis:

Requiring specified individuals to prepare a specified aftercare plan for individuals released from drug or alcohol treatment under specified circumstances; requiring the aftercare plan to be prepared in collaboration with specified programs and agencies; providing for the information to be included in the aftercare plan; requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to conduct a specified review of specified aftercare plans; etc.
