Vehicle Laws - Issuance of Driver's Licenses - Driving Records

Synopsis:

Requiring an applicant for a driver's license who was previously licensed to drive in another jurisdiction to provide the Motor Vehicle Administration with a copy of the applicant's driving record from the other jurisdiction; exempting an applicant for a driver's license who was previously licensed to drive in another jurisdiction from the requirement to provide the applicant's driving record from the other jurisdiction under specified circumstances; clarifying language; and defining a specified term.
