Consumer Protection - Used Motor Vehicle Warranty Enforcement Act

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a specified dealer from selling a used motor vehicle to a consumer without providing a written warranty for specified warranty periods; requiring a warranty to include specified provisions; requiring a dealer to repurchase a used motor vehicle and refund the purchase price, excluding specified taxes, fees, charges, and allowances, to the consumer under specified circumstances; authorizing a consumer to waive a dealer's obligation to provide a warranty for a used motor vehicle under specified circumstances; etc.
