Maryland Medical Assistance Program - Atypical Antipsychotic Medication

Synopsis:

Providing that Maryland Medical Assistance Program enrollees who are prescribed atypical antipsychotic medications that are subject to prior authorization shall be automatically dispensed a 30-day supply of medication and may not be subject to a specified waiting period; etc.
