Transportation Study - Monorail System from Annapolis to Kent Island and Points South on the Eastern Shore

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Transportation to examine the feasibility of preserving and acquiring rights-of-way for a future monorail transit system extending from Annapolis to Kent Island and points south on the Eastern Shore and to report its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly by a specified date; and providing for the termination of the Act.
