Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Education to establish a weighted numerical assessment system to calculate a passing score that students are required to achieve to graduate from a public high school in the State; and requiring the assessment system to include an examinations or assessments category that may not be more than a specified percentage value of the total score required for graduation.
