Synopsis:

Establishing in Prince George's County specified alcoholic beverages licenses to be issued for use in a waterfront entertainment retail complex, as defined by the County Executive; establishing a special Class B (convention hotel) (on- and off-sale) beer, wine and liquor license, a special Class B (entertainment venue) (on-sale) beer, wine and liquor license, and a Class A (entertainment district) (off-sale) beer, wine and liquor license; etc.
