Health - General - Food Establishment - Letter Grades

Synopsis:

Requiring a representative of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to post, and requiring a food establishment to display, a specified card in a specified location; authorizing specified regulations that relate to the card; specifying penalties; requiring the Department to conduct specified inspections of food establishments and adopt specified regulations for issuing specified letter grades to food establishments based on specified inspections; etc.
