Synopsis:

Requiring the State Department of Education and the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to jointly establish guidelines for providing emergency medical care to students with special health needs; providing for the content of the guidelines; requiring the Department of Education and the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide specified technical assistance to specified schools for specified purposes and to develop a monitoring process; etc.
