Synopsis:

Establishing the Renewable Energy Small Business Grant Program in the Maryland Energy Administration to provide grants to specified small businesses for the usage of renewable energy resources; requiring the Maryland Energy Administration to administer the Program, establish specified procedures, and award grants from the Program in a specified manner; establishing the intent of the General Assembly regarding funding for the Program; and defining specified terms.
