Synopsis:

Requiring inmates in a correctional institution to be tested for the presence of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) at specified times; requiring the correctional institution to test the inmates for HIV by a test and test procedure approved by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; requiring inmates to be notified of the HIV test results in a specified manner; requiring the correctional institution to provide specified education and treatment to inmates who test positive for HIV; etc.
