State Retirement and Pension System - Qualifying Hours - Eligibility Service

Synopsis:

Providing that members of the Teachers' Pension System, the Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System, or the Local Fire and Police System who have completed a specified number of hours of employment in any fiscal year, may petition the Board of Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System to receive 1 year of eligibility service; requiring the Board of Trustees to adopt regulations; etc.
