Synopsis:

Prohibiting specified persons from selling or offering to sell, by means of an Internet auction, specified infant formula or baby food subject to specified expiration dating requirements, specified nonprescription drugs, cosmetics, or infant formula or baby food not subject to specified expiration dating requirements, specified value loaded cards, manufacturer or store coupons, and specified products containing pseudoephedrine sold in specified quantities; etc.
