Requiring specified individuals to take specified action and provide specified notice regarding school attendance; requiring a county school attendance review board to take specified actions under specified circumstances; requiring each county board of education to establish a school attendance review board; providing for the membership, terms, chair, and staffing of a review board; requiring a review board to develop specified strategies and evaluate and make specified recommendations regarding school attendance; etc.
