Creating a Workforce Development Pilot Program for Lead Abatement and Removal; requiring the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation to establish a pilot program in consultation with the Coalition to End Childhood Lead Poisoning and the Department of the Environment; requiring the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation to adopt policies to administer the Pilot Program; etc.
