Criminal Procedure - Parole and Probation - Alcohol Monitoring Devices
Authorizing the Parole Commission or a Commission panel to require as
a condition or modification of parole that a person who was convicted
of a crime in which alcohol consumption by the person was a factor
wear a specified alcohol monitoring device; and authorizing a court to
require as a condition of probation before judgment that a defendant
wear a specified alcohol monitoring device when the crime for which
the judgment is being stayed is one in which alcohol consumption by
the defendant was a factor.
