Synopsis:

Requiring the Public Service Commission to adopt regulations requiring broadband providers to submit specified reports at specified times to the Commission on the deployment of specified broadband services to the public; specifying the required contents of the reports; requiring the Commission to publish the reports on the Commission's website; stating the intent of the General Assembly; and defining specified terms.
