Providing for a Maryland income tax subtraction modification for qualified prescription drug expenses of an individual eligible for prescription drug coverage under Part D of the Medicare Program; limiting the subtraction to 7.5% of an individual's federal adjusted gross income if the individual itemizes deductions; applying the Act to tax years after 2006; etc
