Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $250,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Historic Elk Landing Foundation, Inc. for the repair, renovation, stabilization, and capital equipping of the historic Stone House, located in Elkton; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds; requiring the grantee to grant and convey a specified easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; establishing a deadline for the encumbrance or expenditure of the loan proceeds; etc.
