Vehicle Laws - Delinquent Motor Vehicle Theft Offenses - License Suspension

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to suspend the driving privilege of a child who has been adjudicated as delinquent by reason of the child's violation of specified provisions of law involving the unlawful taking or unauthorized use of a motor vehicle under specified circumstances; establishing the time periods during which a child's driving privilege must be suspended as 1 year for a first offense, 2 years for a second offense, and 3 years for a third offense; etc.
