Environment - Phosphorus - Dishwashing Detergent

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from using, selling, manufacturing, or distributing for sale household dishwashing machine detergent that contains more than 0.5 percent of phosphorus by weight after January 1, 2010; requiring the Department of the Environment to report to the Governor and the General Assembly by December 1, 2008, regarding use of specified detergents in commercial dishwashing machines; etc.
