Synopsis:

Authorizing a retired clerk of the circuit court of a county to perform a marriage ceremony in the State; and authorizing the county administrative judge of the circuit court to designate when and where the retired clerk may perform a marriage ceremony and the form of marriage ceremony to be recited by the retired clerk.
