Establishing the Task Force to Study the Feasibility of Implementing a BRAC TRAC (Base Realignment and Closure, Taking Responsibility, Action, and Care) with emphasis on math and science classes in Middle and High Schools; providing for the membership, chair, and staffing of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly on or before a specified date; etc.
