Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Department of Transportation, within currently budgeted resources, to evaluate the Department's Telework Partnership with Employers initiative; and specifying that the Department, on or before a specified date, issue a report of its findings and recommendations regarding the telework initiative to the Governor and the General Assembly.
