Altering provisions of law to conform with the requirements of the federal Social Security Act; and altering reporting dates for reports requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and the Insurance Commissioner to report to the General Assembly on the implementation of the Qualified State Long-Term Care Insurance Partnership.
