Volunteer Fire Department, Rescue Company, or EMS Program - Exemption from Jury Duty

Synopsis:

Exempting a member of a volunteer fire department, rescue company, or emergency medical services program from jury duty under specified circumstances; and requiring the individual to qualify as a member of a specified length of service award program and to ask the jury commissioner, in writing, for an exemption.
