State Board for Certification of Residential Child Care Program Administrators - Fees

Synopsis:

Repealing the State Board for Certification of Residential Child Care Program Administrators Fund; and requiring the Board to pay money collected by the Board for the issuance and renewal of certificates and its other services into the General Fund of the State.
