Increasing the allowed deduction of 5 days to 10 days from an inmate's term of confinement for each calendar month of presentence confinement for good conduct in a local correctional facility; increasing the allowed deduction of 5 days to 10 days from an inmate's term of confinement for each calendar month of postsentence commitment for good conduct for specified inmates in a local correctional facility; etc.
