Criminal Law - Sexual Contact with Inmates in Correctional and Juvenile Facilities

Synopsis:

Prohibiting specified individuals from engaging in specified sexual contact with inmates; expanding the lists of individuals who are prohibited from engaging in vaginal intercourse or specified sexual acts with an inmate; prohibiting a person from engaging in specified sexual contact with an individual confined in a specified juvenile facility; etc.
