Chesapeake and Atlantic Coastal Bays Green Fund

Synopsis:

Establishing a Chesapeake and Atlantic Coastal Bays Green Fund; prohibiting a local government from granting specified permits until a person pays an Impervious Surface Fee; establishing a fee for specified types of development; exempting specified projects; requiring the Comptroller to distribute the Fund to specified units of State government and the Chesapeake Bay Trust for specified purposes; establishing a Chesapeake and Atlantic Coastal Bays Green Fund Oversight and Accountability Committee; etc.
