Synopsis:

Requiring physicians performing cosmetic medical procedures or treatments to conduct an on-site evaluation of the individual receiving the cosmetic medical procedure or treatment; requiring physicians to develop a specified treatment plan; requiring cosmetic medical procedures and treatments to be performed in specified locations; authorizing physicians to delegate cosmetic medical procedures and treatments to physician assistants and registered nurses; etc.
