Synopsis:

Expanding specified production credits to include British Thermal Units that are produced from specified renewable resources; establishing the application procedures for certification of the production credits; requiring an application to contain specified information; prohibiting the Renewable Fuels Incentive Board from paying for production credits after a specified date; etc.
