Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration, in consultation with the Cedarville Band of Piscataway Indians, to develop and make available for specified vehicles a special registration plate to honor Maryland's native heritage and culture; authorizing specified persons to apply to the Administration for a specified registration plate for specified classes of vehicles; requiring the owner of a vehicle issued a specified registration plate to pay specified fees; establishing that specified vehicles are exempt from paying specified fees; etc.
