Synopsis:

Altering the conditions under which the State Board of Physicians may authorize a physician who works in specified settings to delegate medical acts under a specified delegation agreement; altering the conditions under which a physician who works in specified settings may supervise a specified number of physician assistants directly or as an alternate supervising physician; etc.
