Synopsis:

Requiring employees who report to work at the request of an employer, and are not offered work, to be compensated a specified amount; authorizing a specified employee to bring a specified action; requiring a circuit court to award reasonable attorney's fees and costs to a prevailing employee; authorizing a circuit court to award specified remedies to a prevailing employee; and specifying that no criminal penalties may be imposed under specified circumstances.
