Entitled:
Task Force to Study the Economic Development Benefits of the Clean Energy Industry in Maryland

Synopsis:

Establishing the Task Force to Study the Economic Development Benefits of the Clean Energy Industry in Maryland; providing for the membership of the Task Force; requiring the Department of Business and Economic Development to staff the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to analyze and recommend policies, standards, and mechanisms to address specified economic development issues related to the use of clean energy; and requiring the Task Force to submit a report to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before December 31, 2007.
