Establishing an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Program Fund; requiring the Comptroller to distribute specified fees to the AED Program Fund instead of the Maryland Emergency Medical System Operations Fund; providing for the purpose of the Fund; altering the circumstances under which an authorized facility is not civilly liable for specified acts or omissions; etc.
