Synopsis:

Altering the definition of a qualifying resident artist for the purpose of specified tax benefits available in specified arts and entertainment districts; altering a specified income tax subtraction modification allowed for specified income derived within an arts and entertainment district; applying the Act to tax years 2007 and 2008; and terminating the Act at the end of June 30, 2009.
