Creation of a State Debt - Harford County - Harford County 4-H Club Camp

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $500,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Harford County 4-H Clubs, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of a multipurpose building at the Harford County 4-H Club Camp located in Forest Hill; providing for the disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; and establishing a deadline for the encumbrance or expenditure of the loan proceeds.
