Income Tax Credit - Visual Fire Alarm Systems

Synopsis:

Providing a credit against the State income tax for costs associated with the purchase and installation of specified visual alarm systems in specified qualifying structures; defining the terms "visual alarm systems" and "qualifying structures"; specifying standards to qualify for the credit; applying the Act to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2006; etc.
