Synopsis:

Altering the requirements for a priority preservation area; requiring a priority preservation area to be large enough to support normal agricultural and forestry activities under specified circumstances; prohibiting the Department of Planning and the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation from certifying a priority preservation area unless specified requirements are met; etc.
