Synopsis:

Limiting the liability of the Maryland Transit Administration to $1,000,000 per occurrence to a person seeking damages resulting from tortious acts or omissions occurring in the course of performance of a contract between the Maryland Transit Administration and a third party; and providing for the application of the Act.
