Health Care and Personal Care Services - Abusive Employee Database

Synopsis:

Establishing the Abusive Health Care Employee Database in the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; authorizing the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt specified regulations; authorizing the Secretary to set specified fees by regulation; limiting the fees to a specified amount; authorizing the Department to obtain services by contract; requiring the Department to be responsible for the database; requiring the Department to carry out educational and outreach efforts relating to the database; etc.
