Employment Standards - Payment of Overtime - Computation

Synopsis:

Altering the manner in which a wage for overtime is computed by employers for employees; exempting specified employees from provisions of law mandating the payment of an overtime wage; and providing that specified employees are not entitled to a specified computation of overtime pay.
