Synopsis:

Providing that the Motor Vehicle Administration is required to issue only one registration plate to a vehicle owned by a city, county, State, or federal fire department, a duly constituted volunteer fire department or rescue squad, or the Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services Systems.
