Synopsis:

Creating a Continuing Care Fund as a special, nonlapsing fund to defray specified costs; requiring the Department of Aging to administer the Fund; requiring the State Treasurer to hold the Fund separately and the Comptroller to account for the Fund; specifying which moneys the Fund consists of; providing for the use of the Fund; providing for the investment of moneys in the Fund; providing that the money expended in the Fund is supplemental; etc.
